摘  要:教育成效最直接体现的是学生的增值,这也是评价教师教学有效性的有力依据。随着数字赋能时代的到来,增值性评价成为教育领域的研究热点。传统的学生评价过于注重学生的学习成绩,忽视了学生的综合素质和能力发展。在明确增值性评价概念的基础上,在数字赋能视域下构建高职院校学生增值评价体系可以为学生提供个性化的评价和指导,更加全面、客观地评价学生的综合素质和能力发展。The most direct manifestation of educational effectiveness is the appreciation of students,which is also a powerful basis for evaluating the effectiveness of teachers'teaching.With the advent of the era of digital empowerment,value-added evaluation has become a research hotspot in the field of education.Traditional student evaluation places too much emphasis on students'academic performance,and ignores their overall quality and ability development.On the basis of clarifying the concept of value-added evaluation,the construction of a value-added evaluation system for students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of digital empowerment can provide students with personalized evaluation and guidance,and evaluate students'comprehensive quality and ability development more comprehensively and objectively.
