摘　　要：食品毒理学是食品质量与安全专业核心课,为满足新工科的教学要求,其教学模式急需向数字化教学转变,而雨课堂平台提供了数据化和信息化支持与互动,可以激发学生自主学习的积极性,促进师生沟通,加强学生对教学重难点的理解,优化课程评价方式,提高课堂教学效率。Food toxicology is a core course in the field of food quality and safety.To meet the teaching requirements of new engineering disciplines,its teaching model urgently needs to transition to digital teaching.The Rain Classroom platform provides data-driven and information-based support and interaction,which can stimulate students'initiative in independent learning,and promote teacher-student communication,enhance students'understanding of key and difficult points in teaching,optimize course evaluation methods,and improve classroom teaching efficiency.
