摘  要:数字化转型是一种颠覆式的技术变革。“双一流”高校数字化转型是顺应数字化发展潮流的客观要求,对于丰富发展全球教育数字化转型的多样化实践、助力加速我国社会转型的时代步伐和促进落实高质量发展的根本性要求都有独特的当代价值。当前“双一流”高校数字化转型在观念认识、顶层设计、数据技术应用以及制度创新等方面还存在诸多不适应之处。为有效推进“双一流”高校数字化转型,需要在强化政府的引导作用、鼓励企业积极参与、重构新型内部组织、培育数据文化氛围以及加强数据基础设施建设等方面采取应对措施。Digital transformation is a disruptive technological change.Promoting digital transformation is an objective requirement for double first-class universities to adapt to the global trend of digitization.It enriches and develops diversified practice of global educational digital transformation,accelerates the pace of social transformation in China,and promotes the implementation of high-quality development-all these are fundamental requirements that possess unique value in this era.However,there are currently many inadequacies in the digital transformation of double first-class universities in terms of conceptual perception,top-level design,data technology application,and institutional innovation.The author proposes that to effectively promote the digital transformation in double first-class universities,we need to strengthen the guiding role of government,encourage active participation of enterprises,reconstruct a new internal organization,foster a data culture atmosphere,and strengthen data-related infrastructure.
