摘 要:通过灌胃不同剂量的德昂酸茶水提物,研究德昂酸茶对高脂饮食诱导肥胖小鼠的生理指标、肠道病理及脂肪代谢等相关基因的影响。结果表明:与高脂对照组相比,德昂酸茶可显著降低高脂饮食小鼠的体质量、腹脂比(P<0.05),对高脂饮食造成的小鼠小肠组织肠黏膜损伤具有一定的改善和保护作用;同时德昂酸茶中剂量组能显著上调高脂饮食小鼠肝脏组织、脂肪组织中PPARα、AOX、CPT-1的基因表达水平,并有效下调肝脏组织中脂肪酸合成酶的基因表达水平。By intragastric administration of different doses of De'ang sour tea extract,the effects of De'ang sour tea on physiological indexes,intestinal pathology and fat metabolism related genes in obese mice induced by high-fat diet were studied.The results showed that comparing with the high-fat control group,De'ang sour tea significantly reduced the body mass and abdominal fat ratio of high-fat diet mice(P<0.05),and had certain improvement and protection effects on intestinal mucosa damage of mouse small intestine tissue caused by high-fat diet.At the same time,the medium doses sour tea could significantly up-regulate the gene expression levels of PPARα,AOX and CPT-1 in liver tissue and adipose tissue of mice with high-fat diet,and effectively down-regulate the gene expression levels of fatty acid synthase in livertissue.
