摘　　要：Let Rare Diseases(罕见病)Be“Seen”1.Rarediseasesarenotrare 1.1 What are rare diseases?According to the definition set by the World Health Organization(世界卫生组织),a rare disease is a type of illness that affects between 0.65%o to 1%o of the world population.Currently,China uses a paper called Chinese Rare Diseases Research Report 2021 to define rare diseases.This report summarizes that diseases with a neonatal morbidity(新生儿发病率)of less than 1/10,000,a prevalence rate(患病率)of less than 1/10,000,and a total number of patients of less than 140,000 are classified as rare diseases.
