摘 要:在医学教育中,如何提高学生的临床实践能力是一个重要的问题。案例教学法和客观结构化临床考试是两种常见的教学方法。文章探讨了案例教学法联合客观结构化临床考试在心血管内科临床实习带教中的应用。通过案例教学法,学生能够深入了解实际病例并掌握相应的临床技能,而客观结构化临床考试则能够更加准确地评估学生的临床水平和能力。通过建立病例分析小组,开展学术讨论,带教后实施临床考试等方法,在实践中将案例教学法和客观结构化临床考试相结合,能帮助学生更好地掌握心血管内科的临床实践技能,提高学生的实际操作能力和临床思维能力。在实施过程中,可建立一个涵盖心血管内科不同方面的案例场景库,确保案例库的全面性;制定详细的评分标准,并为所有评估人员提供全面的培训,确保评估标准的有效性和可靠性。联合应用案例教学法及客观结构化临床考试在心血管内科实习生教学中收获了较好效果。In medical education,improving students'clinical practice skills is crucial.Case-based learning(CBL)and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)are two commonly employed pedagogical methods.This paper explores the combined application of CBL and OSCE in the clinical clerkship of cardiovascular medicine.Through CBL,students gain in-depth understanding of real-world cases and acquire relevant clinical skills.OSCE,on the other hand,allows for a more accurate evaluation of students'clinical competence and abilities.By establishing case analysis groups,conducting academic discussions,and implementing post-clerkship clinical examinations,the integration of CBL and OSCE in practice can effectively enhance students'mastery of clinical practice skills in cardiovascular medicine,improving their practical abilities and clinical reasoning skills.During implementation,a comprehensive case scenario bank covering various aspects of cardiovascular medicine should be established to ensure comprehensiveness.Detailed scoring criteria should be developed,and comprehensive training should be provided to all assessors to ensure the validity and reliability of the evaluation process.The combined application of CBL and OSCE has yielded positive results in the teaching of cardiovascular medicine interns.
