复合型人才培养理念下的高师地理专业教学探究——以“气象学与气候学”为例

摘  要:面对新形势下社会对于多样化人才的需求,高师地理专业的人才培养模式也从单一型转向复合型。“气象学与气候学”作为高师地理科学专业一门重要的基础课,有着广阔的就业市场与社会需求,是培养复合型地理人才必不可少的一环。基于复合型人才培养理念对“气象学与气候学”课程进行教学改革,包括优化授课方式、优化理论教学环节、优化实验教学环节三个方面,通过多管齐下的方式训练学生的理科思维,激发学生的创造力与科研兴趣,培养学生的动手能力,从而服务于复合型地理人才的培养目标。Faced with the demand for versatile talents in the new situation,the talent cultivation mode of geography majors in normal universities has also shifted from a single type to a composite type.Meteorology and Clima-tology,as an important basic course for geographical science majors,has a broad employment market and social needs,and is an essential part of training versatile geographical talents.The teaching reform of Meteorology and Climatology based on the concept of training versatile talents mainly includes the following three aspects:optimizing teaching methods,optimizing theoretical teaching procedure and optimizing experimental teaching procedure.Through a multi-line approach,students can be trained to think in science.It will also stimulate their creativity and scientific research interest,and strengthen their practical ability,so as to serve the training goal of versatile geographical talents.
