摘　　要：大学生的职业生涯教育贯穿于学生整个大学的学习与生活,对大学生的学习、生活以及就业具有深远的影响和促进作用。职业生涯教育是高校教育的重要组成部分,但在高职院校,由于其独特的教育方式,职业生涯教育存在一些不足。因此,高职院校应积极构建完善的职业生涯教育体系,实现全方位、全面化的生涯履历管理,并积极搭建与学生生涯目标相符合的生涯教育综合服务平台。从职业生涯教育的背景意义和现存问题出发,对高职院校积极构建职业生涯教育体系进行深入研究。College students' career education runs through their entire university study and life from the beginning of their enrollment.This education has a profound impact and promoting effect on students' study,life and employment.Career education is an important part of higher education,but in vocational colleges,due to their unique educational methods,there are some shortcomings in career education.Therefore,vocational colleges should actively build a sound career education system,achieve all-round and comprehensive career experience management,and actively build a comprehensive career education service platform that is consistent with students' career goals.This article conducts an in-depth study on actively constructing a career education system in vocational colleges,starting from the background significance and existing problems of career education.
