摘　　要：在食品微生物检验工作中,培养基为微生物的生长繁殖提供所需的营养物质和环境,其质量直接影响到检验结果的准确性。为提升食品微生物检验工作质量,加强培养基质量控制十分重要。本文概述了食品微生物检验中培养基质量控制的重要意义,探讨了培养基质量控制的主要环节及实施措施,以期为高质量开展食品微生物检验工作提供参考。In food microbiology testing,the culture medium provides the necessary nutrients and environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms,and its quality directly affects the accuracy of the test results.It is very important to strengthen the quality control of medium in order to improve the quality of food microbiological testing.This article outlines the important significance of medium quality control in food microbiological testing,explores the main links and implementation measures of medium quality control,in order to provide reference for high-quality food microbiological testing work.
