摘 要:随着全球化和市场经济的深入发展,食品产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业,因此保障食品质量安全已成为亟待解决的重要问题。本文分析食品质量安全管理中实施全面质量管理的意义和当前食品质量安全管理中面临的挑战,探讨全面质量管理视角下食品质量安全管理的运行机制,并提出相应的食品质量安全管理策略。With the deepening development of globalization and market economy,the food industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy,so ensuring food quality and safety has become an important issue that urgently needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the significance of implementing total quality management in food quality and safety management and the challenges faced in current food quality and safety management,explores the operational mechanism of food quality and safety management from the perspective of comprehensive quality management,and proposes corresponding food quality and safety management strategies.
