摘 要:沙门氏菌可引起食源性疾病,严重危害食品安全和人类健康。因此,开发新的检测方法尤为重要。本研究基于自主研发的新型核酸扩增方法--跨越式滚环等温扩增,研制了检测沙门氏菌的试剂盒,并对该试剂盒相关性能进行评估。结果显示,试剂盒检测沙门氏菌的特异性良好,灵敏度为4.1×10^(1)CFU·mL^(-1),有效期可达90 d,表明该试剂盒可靠、灵敏、稳定,可满足食品中沙门氏菌快速检测的需求。Salmonella can cause foodborne diseases and seriously endanger food safety and human health.Therefore,the development of new detection methods is particularly important.This study is focused on the application of a novel nucleic acid amplification method,saltatory rolling circle amplification,developed independently by our research team.We utilized this method to create a detection kit specifically designed for Salmonella,and the performance of this kit was evaluated.The results demonstrate that the kit exhibits excellent specificity for detecting Salmonella,with a sensitivity of 4.1×10^(1) CFU·mL^(-1) and a shelf life of up to 90 days.These results indicate that the detection kit is reliable,sensitive,and stable,thus meeting the demand for rapid Salmonella testing in food products.
