培养农业院校工科学生创新能力的多层多维实践教学探索——以机械设计制造及自动化专业为例

摘　　要：新工科的发展和全球科技革新对工科学生创新能力的培养提出了新的要求,实践能力的提升是创新能力培育的重要环节。文章分析了农业院校工科实践教学的现状,以实践能力、创新能力和立德树人为目标,基于专业素质培养的“基础知识—实践能力—创新能力—价值引领”体系,以机械设计制造及自动化专业为例,提出多层递进的实践教学内容、多学科交叉融合的实践教学平台、多维育人思政融入的实践教学体系构建思路,探索高等农业院校工科专业的多层多维实践教学模式,以期实践教学在培育大学生创新能力和思政育人方面发挥重要作用。The advancement in engineering and global scientific and technological innovation has necessitated the recalibration of the pedagogical strategies aimed at fostering the innovative capabilities of undergraduate engineering students.Enhancing practical skills stands as a crucial component in the cultivation of such innovative prowess.This study critically evaluates the existing state of engineering practical instruction within the domain of agricultural universities,using the discipline of mechanical engineering as a case study.With a focus on the tripartite objectives of practical skill enhancement,innovation capacity building,and ethical/moral development,the paper articulates a multi-tiered and progressive pedagogical framework for practical instruction.It integrates a multi-disciplinary approach to create a practical teaching platform that transcends traditional academic boundaries,while concurrently embracing a multi-dimensional integration of ideological and political elements within the teaching curriculum.This proposed scheme is underpinned by a comprehensive“basic knowledge-practical ability-innovation ability-value leadership”talent development system,which endeavors to synergize diverse aspects of professional quality training.By investigating a multi-level and multi-dimensional practical teaching model for engineering disciplines in agricultural universities,the study aims to significantly contribute to the cultivation of undergraduate students innovative capabilities and ideological and political consciousness.
