摘　　要：教师队伍建设是高校发展的重要资源,本文基于人力资源管理理论的角度,针对人体解剖学教师队伍建设现状分析存在问题,从人体解剖学教师专业要求与培养、建立教师激励机制与绩效评估体系、优化教师队伍结构与文化建设等方面,探究人体解剖学教师队伍可持续发展策略,加快建设一支雄厚的师资队伍,达到提高人体解剖学水平之目的,进而为医学高校可持续发展提供坚实的人才保障。Teaching staff is the most important resource for the development of colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of human resource management theory,this article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of human anatomy teachers.It explores the sustainable development strategy of the human anatomy teacher team in the aspects of professional requirements and cultivation of human anatomy teachers,establishment of teacher incentive mechanisms and performance evaluation systems,optimization of teacher team structure and cultural construction,etc.,to accelerate the construction of a strong teaching staff team,achieve the purpose of improving the level of human anatomy,and provide solid talent guarantees for the sustainable development of medical colleges.
