摘 要:为探讨基于构建主义理论融入课程思政理念的混合式教学模式在实习护生临床教学中的应用效果,便利选取2023年1月至8月轮转德阳市人民医院神经内科的78名实习护生为研究对象,根据入科轮转时间顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各39名。对照组采用传统带教模式进行临床护理带教,观察组应用基于构建主义理论并融入思政元素的混合式教学模式进行教学。比较两组护生理论及操作考试成绩、核心能力、患者安全态度和职业素养、教学满意度的差异。研究结果显示,基于构建主义理论融入课程思政理念的混合式教学模式有助于提升临床实习护生的带教质量,提高护生核心能力及职业素养,护生教学满意度较高,具有较高推广价值。To explore the application effect of a mixed teaching model based on constructivism theory and integrating Ideological&Political education concepts into nursing interns'clinical teaching,78 nursing interns who rotated to the Neurology Department of Deyang People's Hospital from January to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 students in each group,according to the order of enrollment rotation.The control group received traditional teaching methods for clinical nursing teaching,while the observation group received a mixed teaching model based on constructivism theory and incorporating Ideological&Political elements for teaching.Compared the differences in theoretical and operational exam scores,core competencies,patient safety attitudes and professional ethics,and teaching satisfaction between two groups of nursing students.The research results show that the mixed teaching model based on constructivism theory and integrating Ideological&Political education concepts into the course can help improve the teaching quality for clinical nursing interns,enhance their core abilities and professional qualities,and have high satisfaction with nursing teaching,as well as high promotion value.
