摘 要:增强职业教育适应性视野下,职校教师面临诸多挑战。教师培训作为提升职校教师能力的重要手段,却存在以下问题:存在认识偏差,培训表现出运动化倾向;标准缺失,培训内容不适需;方式单一,培训效力有限。因此,需要借助标准的统一与规范作用,形成基于标准的培训,推动教师队伍整体专业化水平提升,实现对教师培训进行“单独定制”的转型以及对培训效果的有效评价,从而全面提升教师培训的质量。Based on the view of enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,vocational education teachers are facing many challenges.Teacher training,as an important means to enhance the abilities of vocational education teachers,has the following problems:the existence of cognitive bias featuring a certain degree of formalism,the lack of standards featuring inadequate training contents,and the single method featuring the limited training effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to leverage the unity and normative role of standards to form standard-based training,and promote the overall professionalization level of the teacher team,with the purpose of achieving the transformation of"individual customization"of teacher training,evaluating the training effectively,and improving the quality of teacher training comprehensively.
