摘　　要：新时代加强高职院校青年思想政治工作人才队伍建设具有重要意义,既是捍卫马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的应有作为,也是适应新时代加强高职院校思想政治工作的必然选择,更是掌握高职院校思想政治工作内在规律的客观需要,还是推动高职院校思想政治工作开拓创新的实质要求。同时,在青年思想政治工作人才队伍建设中,部分高职院校也面临数量相对缺乏、质量有待提升、育人协同效应不强、自我价值感不高等现实困境,因此,高职院校青年思想政治工作人才队伍建设显得愈发迫切。要坚持加强党对思想政治工作的领导、深化人力资源开发、构建青年思想政治工作队伍“大思政”育人格局、凝聚队伍建设合力,提高高职院校青年思想政治工作人才队伍建设质量,增强立德树人实效。In the new era,to strengthen the construction of youth ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is of great significance,which defends Marxism guiding position in the field of ideology,and is the inevitable choice of ideological and political work adapted to the new era in higher vocational colleges.It is the objective needs to grasp the inherent law of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,as well as the essential requirement to promote ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,in the construction of young ideological and political work talents,some higher vocational colleges are also faced with the realistic dilemma of relative lack of quantity,quality to be improved,weak synergistic effect of education,and low sense of self-worth.Therefore,the construction of young ideological and political work talents in higher vocational colleges is more and more urgent.We should continue to strengthen the Party’s leadership over ideological and political work,deepen the development of human resources,build a“big ideological and political”education pattern of young ideological and political work team,and consolidate the team construction,so as to improve the quality of the construction of young ideological and political work personnel in higher vocational colleges,and enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
