摘　　要：为充分发挥全国乡村振兴人才培养优质校的优势,践行助力乡村振兴的时代使命,杨凌职业技术学院根据“双高计划”建设目标,探索形成高素质农民培育工作实践思路,不断总结凝练经验,并在实践中取得了一定的成效,对于高职院校社会培训工作的开展,提升服务乡村振兴能力提供了借鉴和参考。In order to give full play to the advantages of cultivating high-quality talents for rural revitalization nationwide and fulfill the mission of assisting rural revitalization in the era,Yangling Vocational and Technical College has explored and formed practical ideas for cultivating high-quality farmers in accordance with the construction goals of the“Double High Plan”,continuously summarized and condensed experiences and practices,and achieved certain results in practice.This has been beneficial for the development of social training work in vocational colleges,improving the ability to serve rural revitalization.
