摘  要:随着数字化技术的发展和应用,高职教育面临着新的挑战和机遇。高职汽车类“双师型”教师作为汽车职业教育的主体力量,需要不断提升自身的职业能力,以适应数字化时代的教育教学需求。文章基于数字化背景,分析了高职汽车类“双师型”教师的表态特征及对职业发展的重要性,提出了汽车类“双师型”教师专业技能方面的能力要求,结合当下困境与挑战探讨了高职院校汽车类“双师型”教师职业能力提升的策略建议,为高职汽车类“双师型”教师队伍数字化培养和发展提供参考。With the development and application of digital technology,higher vocational education is facing new challenges and opportunities.As the main force of automotive vocational education,"double-qualified"automotive teachers in higher vocational colleges need to continuously improve their professional abilities to adapt to the education and teaching needs of the digital era.Based on the perspective of digital background,this article analyzes the characteristics of"double-qualified"automotive teachers in higher vocational colleges and their importance to career development,and proposes the professional skills capabilities of"double-qualified"automotive teachers.According to the requirements,this paper discusses the paths and strategies for improving the professional abilities of"double-qualified"automotive teachers in higher vocational colleges based on the current predicament,and provides a reference for the digital training and development of"dual-qualified"automotive teachers in higher vocational colleges.
