高水平应用型食品人才培养的《食品安全检测技术》教学改革研究

摘　　要：《食品安全检测技术》是高等院校食品类专业的核心课程。该课程以食品安全检测技术培养为核心,技术性和实践性均很强。根据《食品安全检测技术》课程的特点和在教学过程中发现的问题,本文提出“专题(topic)与实践教学相结合”的教学方式,并结合智慧教学模式,对课程的教学内容、教学方式和教学考评方法进行探讨,旨在培养既具备职业岗位能力,又满足人才市场需求的高水平应用型食品安全检测人才。Food safety detection technology is the core course of food specialty in colleges and universities.This course focuses on the cultivation of food safety detection technology,which is both technical and practical.According to the characteristics of"Food safety detection technology"and the problems found in the teaching process,based on the practical application of food safety detection technology,this manuscript puts forward a teaching method of"combining topic with practical teaching",and the teaching content,teaching plan,teaching assessment and implementation method of the course were discussed too,which aimed at to cultivate high-level applied food talents who not only have professional post ability,but also meet the demand of talent market.
