高职院校机电专业PLC实验室改造分析探究

摘　　要：高职院校实验室主要用于学生授课及技能实践训练,实验室的建设水平直接影响院校学生的培养目标。为培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠,高水平的实验室建设刻不容缓。基于机电专业PLC控制系统的构建与维护这门核心课程的实验室改造建设进行分析探究,分析现存的实验室缺点,结合当前职业教育机电专业人才培养目标及社会需求,更新改进PLC实验室设备,满足职业院校培养符合社会需求的高技能人才需求,同时兼顾技能竞赛训练及社会人员岗前培训技能鉴定需求。Higher vocational colleges training room is mainly used for students’teaching and skill practice training.The construction level of training room directly aff ects the training objectives of college students.In order to cultivate more highquality technical talents,skilled craftsmen and craftsmen from large countries,high-level laboratory construction is urgent.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the transformation and construction of the laboratory based on the Construction and Maintenance of PLC Control System,a core course in Electromechanical Specialty.Analyze the shortcomings of the existing laboratory,combined with the training objectives and ocial needs of electromechanical professionals in current vocational education,update and improve PLC laboratory equipment to meet the needs of vocational colleges to cultivate high technical talents in line with social needs,while taking into account the needs of skill competition training and social personnel pre job training skill appraisal.
