摘 要:产教融合背景下,高等职业教育进行课程思政研究,对促进“三全育人”格局形成、塑造学生健全人格、实践高等院校立德树人根本任务具有重大现实和理论意义。当前,高等职业教育存在各类课程的思政建设未形成协同育人效应,专业课程教学模式不适应课程思政教学,教师单兵作战,没有形成高效的教师团队等问题。因此,需要校企双元,制定“三全育人”专业人才培养方案;巩固课程“主战场”地位,构建课程思政与课程建设互融互促机制;依托教学“主渠道”优势,构建“激发—融渗—体验—内化”沉浸式混合教学模式;发挥教师“主力军”特色,协同式探索课程思政教师团队建设机制;成效导向,构建多元式课程思政教学评价体系。Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the research of ideological and political education in curriculum of higher vocational education has great practical and theoretical signifi cance for promoting the formation of the three integrity education personality pattern,shaping students’sound personality and practicing the fundamental task of Building Morality and Cultivating People in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in higher vocational education,such as the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum of various courses has not formed a synergistic educational eff ect,the teaching mode of professional courses does not adapt to the ideological and political education in curriculum,the individual operation of teachers,and the formation of an effi cient team of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a“three complete education”professional talent training scheme with the dual function of schools and enterprises;consolidate the status of curriculum as the“main battlefi eld”and build a mechanism of“mutual integration and mutual promotion”between ideological and political education in curriculum and curriculum construction;relying on the advantages of“main channel”of teaching,build an immersive mixed teaching mode of“stimulation-infi ltration-experience-internalization”;give full play to the characteristics of teachers’“mainforce”and explore the team construction mechanism of ideological and political education in curriculum teachers in a collaborative manner;eff ect oriented,build a diversifi ed curriculum ideological and political teaching evaluation system.
