摘  要:目的探索情景式案例教学法(CBL)联合学生标准化病人(SSP)在中医住院医师医患沟通技能培训中的运用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2022年3月进行住院医师规范化培训的2021级住院医师120人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60人,进行医患沟通技能培训。对照组采用传统授课方式,观察组采用情景式CBL联合SSP教学方式授课,教学时长4周,每周1次,每次2学时。培训结束后,应用医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE)对两组住院医师的医患沟通能力进行评分,同时发放调查问卷对教学方法进行评价。结果医患沟通培训后,对照组和观察组SEGUE量表的总评分分别为(20.85±3.43)分、(23.93±2.11)分,观察组总评分及各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对教学方法的评价方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景式CBL联合SSP教学法应用于住院医师医患沟通技能培训效果较好,值得在今后的实践教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of situational CBL combined with SSP teaching method in the training of doctor-patient communication skills for residents of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 residents of Grade 2021 who received standardized resident training from February 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly di-vided into the control group and the observation group for doctor-patient communication skills training,with 60 patients in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,while the situational CBL combined with SSP teaching method was used in the observation group.The teaching time was 4 weeks,once a week,with 2 class hours each time.After the training,SEGUE scale was used to score the doctor-patient communication ability of the two groups of residents,and questionnaire was distributed to evalu-ate the teaching method.Results After the doctor-patient communication training,the total scores of SEGUE in the control group and the observation group were(20.85±3.43)and(23.93±2.11),respectively.The total scores and scores in all dimensions in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of teaching methods,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational CBL combined with SSP teaching method has a good effect in the training of doctor-patient communica-tion skills for residents,which is worthy of promotion and application in the future practice teaching.
