摘　　要：随着新型工业化的推进和创新型国家的建设,跨专业培养复合型技能人才成为当前高职院校提高人才培养质量的重要举措。在分析国内外跨专业教育研究的基础上,对高职跨专业复合型技能人才培养举措进行探讨,以期为我国高职跨专业教育改革提供参考性建议。主要举措包括:注重跨专业复合型技能人才的培养,改革学校管理模式;深化校企合作,构建跨专业人才培养平台;优化专业教师队伍结构,组建跨专业教师团队;以项目驱动为导向,组建跨专业学生创新团队。With the promotion of new industrialization and the construction of an innovative country,cultivating compound skilled talents across majors is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training.Based on the analysis of the research on interdisciplinary education at home and abroad,this paper discusses the training measures of interdisciplinary compound skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.The main measures include paying attention to the training of interdis ciplinary compound skilled talents and reforming the school management mode;deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and build a platform for interdisc iplinary talent training;optimize the structure of professional teachers and establish a team of interdisciplinary teachers;guided by the project drive,establish an interdisciplinary student innovation team.It is expected to provide referenc e suggestions for the r e form of higher vocational inter-professional education in China.
