商务英语学习者学习行为与学习绩效关系探析——基于商务英语写作线上教学的研究

摘  要:《商务英语写作》是高校商务英语教学的一门重要课程,本研究调查了线上教学背景下149名非英语专业大一学生的满意度、学习动机和学习策略,以及这些因素对商务英语写作水平的预测及影响。研究发现,线上教学环境下商务英语写作课程受到学习者的普遍认可,尽管学习者学习动机较强、学习策略上整体运用较好,但在写作兴趣、元认知策略下的具体指标存在较大差异。线上教学的学习满意度与商务英语写作水平之间存在正相关性,学习动机与学习策略相关系数不高且呈负相关的趋势。学习满意度、学习动机和学习策略能解释10.3%的商务英语写作水平。Business English Writing is an important college course for Business English teaching.Due to COVID-19,Business English courses were offered online,which brought great challenges to teaching and learning.Given this,this study investigated the learning satisfaction,learning motivation,and learning strategies of 149 first-year non-English major students in the context of online teaching,and the prediction and impact of these factors on the Business English writing proficiency.The study has found that Business English Writing course in the context of online teaching was generally well-received by learners.Although learners demonstrated overall good use of learning motivation and strategies,there were significant differences in specific elements related to writing interest and metacognitive strategies.There was a positive correlation between learning satisfaction in online teaching and Business English writing proficiency,while the correlation coefficient between learning motivation and learning strategies was not high and exhibited a negative trend.Overall,learning satisfaction,learning motivation and learning strategies can explain 10.3% of variance in Business English writing proficiency.
