摘　　要：高职院校招生就业联动机制的构建有助于构建就业与招生的闭环联动模式,为行业和企业持续稳定输送技术人才,增强学生职业规划意识,提升就业率。高职院校应创新轮岗制度、打造招生就业工作新格局,定期开展就业回访工作、确保毕业生就业质量,加强招生就业的沟通与协作、深化联动机制,建立信息共享平台、数据驱动精准决策,开展职业生涯教育、助力学生规划未来,提升招生就业服务质量、满足学生与家长的需求。The construction of a linkage mechanism for enrollment and employment in vocational colleges helps to build a closed-loop linkage model between employment and enrollment,continuously and stably delivering technical talents to industries and enterprises,enhancing students'awareness of career planning,and improving employment rates.Vocational colleges should innovate the job rotation system,create a new pattern of enrollment and employment work,regularly carry out employment follow-up work,ensure the quality of employment for graduates,strengthen communication and cooperation between enrollment and employment,deepen linkage mechanisms,establish information sharing plaforms,data-driven accurate decision-making,carry out career education,help students plan for the future,improve the quality of enrollment and employment services,and meet the needs of students and parents..
