摘 要:教育生态理论坚持以学生为中心,强调教育是一个复杂、活跃、有机、独特的多源多层次关系系统。该理论关注整体发展,注重多元参与,强调相互作用和相互影响,追求可持续性,重视平衡。在教育生态视角下,高校辅导员网络意识形态工作能力的提升,有助于推动教育生态的良性发展,形成积极向上的校园文化氛围,促进教育质量的提升。文章结合高校辅导员网络意识形态工作能力的现况,探讨教育生态视角下高校辅导员网络意识形态工作能力培养的策略,旨在提升高校辅导员的网络意识形态工作能力,为学生提供更为全面、健康的教育引导。The theory of educational ecology adheres to student-centered approach,emphasizing that education is a complex,active,organic,and unique multi-source and multi-level relationship system.This theory focuses on overall development,emphasizes diverse participation,emphasizes interaction and mutual influence,pursues sustainability,and values ecological balance.From the perspective of educational ecology,the improvement of the network ideological work ability of college counselors helps to promote the healthy development of the educational ecology,form a positive and upward campus cultural atmosphere,and promote the improvement of educational quality.The article combines the current situation of the network ideological work ability of college counselors,explores strategies for cultivating the network ideological work ability of college counselors from the perspective of educational ecology,aiming to enhance the network ideological work ability of college counselors and provide students with more comprehensive and healthy educational guidance.
