摘 要:目的探讨小组式教学培训在医学专业型研究生提高科研能力带教中的应用及作用。方法选取2017年9月至2021年7月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院进行规范化培训的微创外科专业研究生23名,采用数字表法随机分为对照组(12名)和研究组(11名);对照组采用传统教学,研究组采用小组式教学授课。通过理论考试、实操应用(包括文献检索、统计软件)和问卷调查对比分析2组教学效果。结果研究组学生的理论考试和实操能力方面优秀和合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组学生对小组式教学科研提升能力课程的感兴趣程度、对科研思维的启发程度及对教学方式的满意程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示学生对科学研究的兴趣更加浓厚,且可有效地提高学生的科研创新思维。结论相较于传统教学,小组式教学方式可提高学生的科研兴趣,更好的培养学生的科研创新能力。Objective Exploring the application and role of group teaching and training in improving research abilities of medical professional graduate students.Methods A total of 23 graduate students of minimally invasive surgery major whom received standardized training in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from September 2017 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(12 students)and the control group(11 students)using the numerical table method;Traditional teaching and group teaching are adopted respectively.Through theoretical examination,practical application(including literature retrieval and statistical software)and questionnaire survey,the teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and qualified rate of theoretical examination and practical operation ability of the students in the study group was markedly high as compare to control group(P<0.05);The students in the research group showed a higher degree of interest in the group teaching and research improvement ability course,inspiration for scientific research thinking and satisfaction with teaching methods(P<0.05),suggesting that the students were more interested in scientific research and effectively improved their scientific research innovation thinking.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,group teaching can improve students'interest in scientific research and better cultivate their innovative ability in scientific research.
