摘　　要：创新素养是现代人才应具备的综合素养之一,创新型人才培养就是新时代地方院校工科专业的培养目标之一,如何落实这一目标,是广大高校以及相关工科专业需要认真思考的问题。该文即对此展开综合研究,在参考相关文献资料的基础上,围绕校园创新文化建设、专创融合教育、推进课程改革、创新赛会活动和产教融合助力等方面来构建工科专业创新型人才培养的体系,以期能够提供一定的参考价值。全文将从三个部分展开说明,首先对创新型人才培养的必要性进行分析,其次对地方院校工科专业创新型人才培养的现状进行剖析,最后详细探究培养创新型人才的策略与方法。Innovative literacy is one of the comprehensive qualities that modern talents should have.The training of innovative talents is one of the training goals of engineering majors in local colleges and universities in the new era.How to implement this goal is the problem that many universities and related engineering majors need to consider seriously.This paper is a comprehensive research,on the basis of reference to relevant literature and materials,around the construction of campus innovative culture construction,special creation and integration education,promote curriculum reform,innovation competition activities,integration of industry and education and other aspects,in order to provide a certain reference value.The full text is explained from three parts.Firstly,the necessity of cultivating innovative talents is analyzed,the current situation of the cultivation of innovative talents in local universities is analyzed,and the strategies and methods of cultivating innovative talents will be explored in detail.
