摘 要:专业学位研究生培养是国家战略人才培养的重要一环,职业能力是专业学位研究生必备的核心能力。以Z大学1339名专业学位研究生为调查样本,对课程教学、学习投入和职业能力增值关系进行研究发现:专业学位研究生的课程教学、学习投入对职业能力增值均具有正向影响;第一学历对专业学位研究生课程教学和职业能力增值存在显著差异;学习投入在课程教学和职业能力增值中起到部分中介作用。因此,高校应加快课程教学改革,提升专业学位研究生学习的参与感、获得感、幸福感,服务学生未来职业需求,培养德智体美劳全面发展的高层次人才。Education of postgraduates with master of professional degree is an important part in national strategic talent cultivation.The professional ability is the essential core ability.This article uses 1339 postgraduates with Master of professional degree from Z University as survey samples to study the relationship between curriculum teaching,learning engagement,and professional ability enhancement.It is found that the curriculum teaching and learning engagement have a positive impact on professional ability enhancement;there are significant differences caused by the first degree in the curriculum teaching and professional ability enhancement;learning engagement plays a partial mediating role in curriculum teaching and professional ability enhancement.It is suggested that universities,putting students'future career needs into consideration,should accelerate the reform of curriculum teaching to enhance the sense of students'participation,achievement,and happiness,so as to cultivate high-level talents with all-round development of virtue,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and work.
