摘  要:韩国对职业生涯教育的重视程度日益提升,具体表现为各级院校设立专门职业生涯教育部门,并配备专业教师与管理人员,致力于构建系统性职业生涯教育模式。观之我国,职业生涯教育尚处于方兴未艾阶段。因此,我国可以借鉴韩国经验,通过重构课程体系、打造教育体验项目、推进师资队伍建设、完善教育资源开发系统、推行包容度高的教育评估机制等方式,推动职业生涯教育发展。South Korea’s emphasis on career education is gradually increasing,which is embodied in the establishment of specialized career education departments in schools at all levels,equipped with professional teachers and administrators,and committed to building a systematic career education model.In China,career education is still in the ascendant.Therefore,China can learn from the experience of South Korea to promote the development of career education by restructuring the curriculum system,creating educational experience projects,promoting the construction of teachers,improving the development system of educational resources,and implementing a highly inclusive education evaluation mechanism.
