摘  要:引导大学生树勤学好问之风、立为国求学之志是学生管理工作的重要内容,也是大学生发展的重要话题,更是思想政治工作研究的重要课题。文章分析协同育人的内涵,探讨高校学困生学业帮扶的现实困境,指出协同育人视域下学困生学业帮扶对策:价值引领协同,五育并举指导学困生学业;教育主体协同,发挥人员优势帮扶学困生学业;育人手段协同,教育和管理双行聚焦学困生学业;育人过程协同,全过程指导学困生学业;制度落实协同,完善制度规范学困生管理;校园文化协同,促进学困生优良学风养成。Guiding college students to cultivate a diligent and inquisitive attitude and establish their aspirations to study for the country is an important content of student management work,an important topic for the development of college students,and an important research topic in ideological and political work.The article analyzes the connotation of collaborative education,explores the practical dfficulties of academic assistance for students with learning dificulties in universities,and points out the strategies for academic assistance for students with learning difficulties from the perspective of collaborative education:value guided cllaboration,and five educations combined to guide theirstudies;collaboration among educational entities,leveraging personnel advantages to assist students with academic difficulties;collaborative means of education,focusing on the academic performance of students with learning dificulies in both education and management;collaborative education process,guiding students with academic difficulties throughout the entire process;Implement collaborative systems,improve institutional norms,and manage students with learning difficulties;collaborative campus culture promotes the cultivation of a good academic atmosphere among students with learning dfficulties.
