摘 要:教育数字化对高校教师的智慧教学能力提出了新的要求,需要优化升级原有的教师教学能力培训体系。采用归纳分析的方法,分析了高校教师教学能力培训的现状和智慧教学对教师提出的新要求,通过构建智慧教学背景下的“三级四段六维五合”高校教师教学能力培训体系,不断提升高校教师在教育数字化和智慧教学新形态背景下的教学能力,促使智慧教学更好地服务高校教育教学。The digitalization of education has placed a new demand on the smart teaching ability of university teachers.By using the method of inductive analysis,the current situation of teaching ability training for university teachers and the new requirements of smart teaching for teachers are analyzed.It is proposed that,it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the existing teacher teaching ability training system,build a"three levels,four stages,six dimensions and five combinations"university teacher teaching ability training system that is in line with the background of smart teaching,so as to continuously improve the teaching ability of university teachers in the context of digitalization of education and the new form of intelligent teaching,and promote smart teaching to better serve higher education and teaching.
