摘  要:软件测试技术是面向软件测试工程师岗位开设的一门专业核心课,针对目前课程体系效果不明显、教师实践教学水平不高、课堂效果不佳、教学评价单一等现实存在的问题,在详细阐述“岗课赛证”内涵的基础上,对接软件测试技术岗位能力需求、重构软件测试技术课程体系、大力开展或参加软件测试技能大赛或行业赛、对标职业技能等级标准,构建“岗课赛证”融通的软件测试技术综合育人模式,以教师教学水平提高、学生学习参与度提升、企业满意度提高等检验人才培养的成效,通过教学改革,让学校、企业、教师和学生均受益。Software testing technology is a professional core course offered for software testing engineers.It addresses the current problems of unclear course system effectiveness,low practical teaching level of teachers,poor classroom effectiveness,and single teaching evaluation,On the basis of elaborating on the connotation of“on-the-Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”,we will connect with the ability requirements of software testing technology positions,restructure the software testing technology curriculum system,vigorously carry out or participate in software testing skill competitions or industry competitions,benchmark professional skill level standards,and construct a comprehensive software testing technology education model that integrates"on-the-Post-Course-Competition-Certificate",in order to improve teachers'teaching level and students'learning participation The improvement of enterprise satisfaction tests the effectiveness of talent cultivation,and through teaching reform,benefits schools,enterprises,teachers,and students.
