摘　　要：阐述集成电路测试人才培养模式的探索实施过程,包括构建人才培养方案与课程体系、建立基于产教融合的校企人力资源共建共享机制、搭建IC测试产教融合平台。介绍人才培养取得的成效。This paper describes the exploration and implementation process of the talent training mode for integrated circuit testing,including the construction of talent training programs and curriculum systems,the establishment of a school enterprise human resource co construction and sharing mechanism based on industry education integration,and the construction of an IC testing industry education integration platform.It introduces the achievements of talent cultivation.
