摘 要:通过改进SECI模型,明晰知识资源在个体内外网络间的传递、整合与创造,实证检验研发人员内外网络协同影响探索式创新的微观过程。研究发现:研发人员在外部网络中的知识搜寻强度能显著提升探索式创新绩效,而知识搜寻的广度和深度则对探索式创新具有倒U型影响;此外,研发人员进行外部知识搜寻能够通过促进内外部知识整合推动探索式创新的产生,但当知识搜寻的广度和深度过高时,会抑制内外部知识的整合;异质性分析表明,内部网络中不同位置的研发人员在“知识搜寻-知识整合”这一过程中产生的作用具有显著的差异性。By improving the SECI model,this paper clarifies the transfer,integration,and creation of knowledge resources in individuals'internal and external networks and empirically examines the microcosmic process of the influence of R&D personnel's internal and external network synergy on exploratory innovation.The results indicate that R&D personnel's rela-tional strength can significantly improve exploratory performance,but the depth and breadth of knowledge search has a sig-nificant inverted U-shaped relationship with exploratory innovation.Furthermore,external knowledge searching can im-prove the integration ability of internal and external knowledge,yet when the breadth and depth of knowledge search is too high,it can inhibit the integration of internal and external knowledge.Heterogeneity analysis shows that in the process of"knowledge search-knowledge integration",R&D personnel in different positions have significant differences.
