摘 要:区域国别学正式成为交叉学科门类下的一级学科,为区域国别研究人才的培养提供了制度上的保障,也创造了有利于人才成长的良好学术氛围。人才培养与学科内涵及功能之间有着内在的逻辑关联:人才培养模式在很大程度上是由学科内涵形塑的,学科功能则决定了人才培养类型,学科制仍是目前区域国别研究人才培养的主导模式。鉴于学科建设是一项复杂的系统工程,要面对各种可知或未知因素的挑战,故作为一门新学科,区域国别学在学科建设方面要系统谋划,把培养区域国别研究的“通才+专才”视为学科建设的一项重要内容。Regional and country studies has formally become a first-level discipline under the interdisciplinary categories,which provides institutional guarantee for the training of talents of regional and country studies,and also creates a good academic atmosphere conducive to the growth of talents.There is an inherent logical linkage between talent training and discipline connotation,function:talent training mode is largely shaped by discipline connotation,and discipline function determines the type of talent training,which shows that discipline system is still the dominant mode of research personnel training of regional and country studies.In view of the fact that discipline construction is a complex systematic project,and it has to face the challenges of various known or unknown factors,as a new discipline,the development of regional and country disciplines should be contrived systematically,and the cultivation of"generalist+specialist"in regional and country studies should be regarded as an important topic of disciplineconstruction.
