摘　　要：随着新能源汽车行业的飞速发展,对于高质量新能源汽车技术专才的需求逐渐扩大,大专院校建设新能源汽车技术专业实训室已成为一项紧迫任务。本文以上海民航职业技术学院为例探讨建设实训室的必要性、关键性以及可能面临的挑战。通过分析实训室建设的目标、内容、设备需求、师资队伍等方面,为实训室建设工作提供参考。With the rapid development of the field of new energy vehicles,the demand for high-quality new energy vehicle technology professionals is also expanding day by day,and the construction of new energy vehicle technology professional training rooms in colleges and universities has become an urgent task.Taking Shanghai Civil Aviation Vocational Institute as an example,according to the current foundation and advantages,the necessity and criticality of the construction of the training room and the possible challenges are discussed.By analyzing the objectives,contents,equipment requirements and faculty of the construction of the training room,it provides reference for the construction of the training room.
