摘 要:食源性致病菌的快速检测对预防食源性疾病的爆发具有重要意义。成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromicrepeats,CRISPR)及CRISPR相关蛋白(CRISPR-associated protein,Cas)构成的CRISPR-Cas系统已被广泛的应用于核酸检测,并在对食源性致病菌的检测中展现出快速、灵敏度高、特异性强等优势。本文介绍了CRISPR-Cas系统的原理、机制,总结了CRISPR-Cas系统与不同扩增方法和信号输出模式相结合在食源性致病菌检测中的应用,并讨论了这些检测方法存在的一些问题和挑战,最后对该技术的未来发展前景进行展望,旨在为食源性致病菌的快速检测提供新思路。Rapid detection of foodborne pathogens is of great significance in preventing the outbreak of foodborne diseases.Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)and CRISPR-associated protein,the CRISPR/Cas system composed has been widely used in nucleic acid detection,and has shown advantages such as fast,high sensitivity and strong specificity in the detection of foodborne pathogens.This paper introduced the principle and mechanism of CRISPR/Cas system,summarized the application of CRISPR/Cas system combined with different amplification methods and signal output modes in the detection of foodborne pathogens,and discussed some problems and challenges existing in these detection methods.Finally,the future development prospect of this technology was prospected.The aim is to provide a new idea for the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.
