摘  要:引导式教学法以全人教育、建构主义、多元智能等为理论支撑,开展教学实践活动。它强调课前进行精心的教学设计与充分的教学准备,课中重视教学设计的实现度,并对现场生成保持开放,课后重视反思和持续迭代改进。贵阳市尚义路小学成为引导式教学法试点学校后,项目组以“引导型教师行动学习项目”为研修载体,加强教师培训,深化课堂教学改革,促进学习真实发生,提升了学生核心素养。Guided teaching method is supported by theories such as holistic education,constructivism,and multiple intelligences,and used to carry out teaching activities.It emphasizes careful teaching design and sufficient teaching preparation before class,the implementation of teaching design during class,and remains open to on-site generation.After class,it emphasizes reflection and continuous iterative improvement.After Shangyi Road Primary School in Guizhou Province became a pilot school for guided teaching method,the project team used the"Guided Teacher Action Learning Project"as a training carrier to strengthen teacher training quality,deepen classroom teaching reform,promote real learning,and enhance students'core literacy.
