财经类高校创新创业教育育人模式构建与实践研究——以河北金融学院为例

摘　　要：当前财经类高校创新创业教育存在新财经人才培养目标不明晰,党建引领作用不突出,课程体系、课堂教学、课外活动协同性不强,创新创业教育保障机制不健全等问题。构建“目标导向、党建引领、三‘课’驱动、机制保障”为闭环的财经类高校创新创业教育育人模式不仅可以有效破解财经类高校创新创业教育面临的难题,更好地落实立德树人根本任务,而且还可以为财经类高校创造性落实国家政策和领导人重要讲话精神提供载体和平台。At present,there are problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in finance and economics universities,such as unclear goals for cultivating new financial talents,lack of prominent leadership role of party building,weak coordination of curriculum system,classroom teaching,and extracurricular activities,and inadequate guarantee mechanisms for innovation and entrepreneurship education.Building a closed-loop innovation and entrepreneurship education model in finance and economics universities that is guided by goals and party building,driven by the three"courses",and guaranteed by mechanisms can not only effectively solve the difficulties faced by innovation and entrepreneurship education in these universities,thus better implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,but also provide a carrier and platform to creatively implement national policies and the spirit of important speeches by leaders.
