新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标实施路径与策略研究

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标,明确了新时代学校体育的逻辑起点、新要求和新征程。该研究通过文献梳理、历史借鉴、综合考量、逻辑分析和辩证研判,对新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标进行分析与思辨,提出了新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标的实施路径与策略,进而为推进学校体育教育改革提供参考。研究认为:(1)习近平总书记提出的新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标的科学论断,明确了新时代学校体育的使命和责任,与毛泽东学校体育思想一脉相承,与恽代英学校体育改革理念遥相呼应;(2)“四位一体”新目标与学校体育思想及策略的融合与贯通,充分体现出国家意志的整体布局与战略实施的有效对接;(3)新构建的新时代学校体育“四位一体”新目标的实施路径,凸显了“四位一体”新目标的顶层设计,形成完整的目标通路,丰富与发展了我国学校体育的理论体系;(4)搭建“四位一体”新目标的实施通路与运用协同配合的基本策略,有助于“四位一体”新目标的实施,对于落实习近平总书记关于学校体育的重要论述具有理论意义。General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the new goals of"four in one"for school physical education in the new era,which clarify the logical starting point,new requirements,and new journey of school physical education in the new era.Through literature review,historical reference,comprehensive consideration,logical analysis,and dialectical research,this study analyzes and reflects on the new goals of"four in one"for school physical education in the new era,and constructs an implementation path for these goals,providing a reference for promoting the reform of school physical education.The study finds that:(1)General Secretary Xi Jinping′s proposal of the new goals of"four in one"for school physical education in the new era is a scientifically sound judgment that clarifies the mission andresponsibility of school physical education in the new era,echoing Mao Zedong′s ideas on school physical education and Yun Daiying′s reform concepts;(2)Explained the value connotation and essential characteristics of the new goal of"four in one",and fully reflected the effective connection between the overall layout of the national will and the implementation of the strategy through the integration and connection of the new goal with school sports ideology and strategy;(3)The implementation path of the new goal of"four in one"highlights the top-level design of the"four in one"new goal,forms a complete grand blueprint and target path,and enriches and develops the theoretical system of school physical education in China;(4)Builds the implementation path of"four in one"and the basic strategy of coordination,contributing to the implementation of the"four in one"new goal;and has theoretical significance for the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping′s important discussion on school sports.
