摘　　要：“比较过氧化氢在不同条件下的分解”是生物学教材中一个十分重要的实验,为了让学生准确理解酶高效性并科学地开展创新性实验,本文研究了几种常见金属离子及其与过氧化氢酶(CAT)联合作用时催化过氧化氢分解的效率。研究结果为中学该实验教学的开展提供案例。“Comparing the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions”is a very important experiment in the high school biology textbook.In order to let students accurately understand the meaning of enzyme efficiency and scientifically carry out innovative experiments,this article examines several common metal ions and the efficiency of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide when these metal ions are combined with catalase(CAT)to serve as the catalyzer.The results of this study provide a case for the teaching of this experiment in high schools.
