基于生态文明课程思政在食品原料与资源学课程中的实践

摘　　要：食品工业的快速发展对食品科学人才的职业素养提出了更高的要求,充分发挥高校食品相关专业课的“课程思政”作用能提升大学生职业素养。食品工业发展需要原料的消耗和能量的利用,生态文明的建设在食品工业中具有重要意义。在食品原料与资源学课程中开展课程思政是培养该专业学生职业素养的重要方面。本文从思政元素挖掘和教学设计等方面进行了生态文明思政的教学改革探索并进行实践,以引领学生的正确的职业道德规范、实现专业培养与社会职业需求的衔接。The rapid development of food industry has put forward higher requirements on the professional quality of food science talents.Giving full play to the role of"ideological and political education"in food-related courses in colleges and universities can improve the professional quality of college students.The development of food industry requires the consumption of raw materials and the utilization of energy,and the construction of ecological civilization is of great significance in the food industry.It is an important aspect of cultivating students'professional quality to integrate ideological and political education into the course of food raw materials and resources.This paper explores and practices the ideological and political teaching reform of ecological civilization from the aspects of ideological and political elements mining and teaching design,aiming to guide students to establish correct professional ethical standards and bridge the connection between professional training and social professional needs.
