摘 要:为了提高红曲霉(Monascus)GN01液态发酵产红曲红色素(MRPs)的产量,文章采用单因素实验法考察前体物和诱导剂的种类,以及添加量对红曲霉产MRPs的产量的影响。研究结果表明,前体物和诱导剂都有利于促进MRPs的产生,但促进程度存在一定的差异。作为前体物,CH3COONH(41 g/L)和CH3COOK(3 g/L)的处理分别将MRPs的产量提升了2.96倍和1.54倍;作为诱导剂,ZnSO(40.2 g/L)和曲拉通X-100(7%v/v)的处理分别将MRPs的产量提升了6倍和3倍,但曲拉通X-100的处理不利于红曲霉的生长。因此,CH3COONH4(1 g/L)和ZnSO(40.2 g/L)的处理更有助于进一步提高MRPs的产量。In order to improve the yield of Monascus red pigments(MRPs)produced by liquid fermentation of Monascus GN01,the single factor experiment has been used to investigate the effects of the types and additions of precursors and inducers on the production of MRPs by Monascus.The results show that both precursors and inducers can promote the production of MRPs,but the degree of promotion has a certaion difference.As precursors,the treatments of CH3COONH4(1 g/L)and CH3COOK(3 g/L)separately enhance the production of MRPs by 2.96-fold and 1.54-fold.As inducers,the treatments of ZnSO4(0.2 g/L)and Triton X-100(7%v/v)enhance the production of MRPs by 6-fold and 3-fold,but the treatment of Triton X-100 is unfavorable to the growth of Monascus.Therefore,the treatments of CH3COONH4(1 g/L)and ZnSO4(0.2 g/L)can further increase the yield of MRPs.
