摘 要:医学生沟通能力培养最有效的方法是面对具体的沟通对象,根据沟通对象特点、关注的内容、反馈的问题来调整沟通方案和策略,将标准化病人(SP)应用于医患沟通教学中,从医学生、标准化病人、考核评价3方面入手,分析教学中存在的问题,并提出优化策略,以期通过SP的应用提高医学生沟通能力和叙事能力,使其能较好地完成从医学生到医生的角色转变,提高其职业幸福度,为和谐医患关系的构建做出贡献。The most effective method on cultivating communication ability among medical students is to face specific communication objects,adjust the communication plans and strategies according to the characteristics of the communication objects,the content they focus on,and the problems reflected.The standardized patients(SP)were applied to the teaching of doctor-patient communication.Starting from three aspects:medical students,standardized patients and assessment and evaluation,the problems existing in the teaching were analyzed,and optimization strategies were proposed.It is expected to improve the communication ability and narrative ability among medical students through the application of SP,so that they can better complete the role transformation from medical students to doctors,and increase their professional happiness,making contributions to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationships.
