摘 要:在当今全球化的食品供应链中,农产品的质量安全关系到每个人的身体健康和生命安全。农产品是食品供应链的起点,随着人口增长和消费模式的转变,人们对农产品的需求日益增长,而农产品污染和安全事件频发,导致食品安全问题凸显,不断影响着消费者的信任和市场的稳定。农产品质量安全的主要威胁有农药残留、重金属污染、微生物感染及转基因食品的不确定性等。食品检测技术作为保障食品安全的重要手段,其发展与创新对于及时发现和预防食品安全问题至关重要。本文基于农产品安全问题和食品检测技术发展现状,展望今后食品检测技术的发展,以期为保障食品安全提供技术支持。In the current globalized food supply chain,the safety of agricultural products is related to everyone’s health and life safety.Agricultural products are the starting point of the food supply chain.With the growth of population and the change of consumption pattern,people’s demand for agricultural products is growing day by day,and the frequent pollution and safety incidents of agricultural products have led to prominent food safety problems,constantly affecting the trust of consumers and the stability of the market.The main threats to the safety of agricultural products include pesticide residues,heavy metal pollution,microbial infection and the uncertainty of genetically modified food.As an important means to ensure food safety,the development and innovation of food inspection technology is of great importance for timely detection and prevention of food safety problems.Based on the safety of agricultural products and the development of food testing technology,this paper looks forward to the development of food testing technology in the future,in order to provide technical support for ensuring food safety.
