摘 要:本文通过调查问卷,对山东省某民办高校3 438名大学生进行了营养知识、营养态度和营养行为调查。结果显示,该校大学生营养态度积极,但营养知识知晓情况一般,饮食行为存在较大问题。建议学校通过开设营养学选修课、加大营养政策和营养常识的宣传力度、组织开展营养健康社团活动以及加强餐厅的建设和管理等措施,对大学生进行营养健康宣教和饮食干预,以提高大学生营养水平,确保大学生身体健康。本研究也可为高校有针对性地开展营养知识普及、健康教育等提供参考。This article conducted a survey on nutrition knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors among 3438 college students from a private university in Shandong province through a questionnaire.The results show that the college students have a positive attitude towards nutrition,but their knowledge of nutrition is average,and there are significant problems with their dietary behavior.It is recommended that schools provide nutrition and health education and dietary intervention to college students by offering elective courses in nutrition,increasing the promotion of nutrition policies and knowledge,organizing nutrition and health club activities,and strengthening the construction and management of restaurants,in order to improve the nutritional level of college students and ensure their physical health.This study also provides reference for universities to carry out targeted promotion of nutrition knowledge and health education.
