摘 要:教师个体素能结构性协同、教师队伍结构性发展是推进高等职业院校人才培养质量整体提高的基础性、战略性支撑。基于国家政策层面分析,双师型教师的内涵不断丰富和发展,双师型教师队伍建设的标准和路径不断明晰。The structural coordination of individual teacher's qualification and the structural development of teaching team are the basic and strategic support for promoting the overall improvement of talent training quality in vocational colleges.Based on the analysis at the national policy level,the connotation of “dual-qualified teacher” is continuously enriched and developed,and the standards and paths of dual-qualified teaching team construction are constantly clarified.
