摘 要:在技能型社会背景下,以牡丹江大学为样本开展研究,在分析技能型社会建设的内涵及意义,技能型社会的典型特征的基础上,进一步阐释了技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设对高职院校发展的促进作用,发现了技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设存在着教师技能水平不足、教师培训机制不完善、教师评价体系不健全、教师引进渠道不畅和教师流失现象严重等制约高水平师资队伍建设的棘手问题,进而分析研究技能型社会背景下高水平师资队伍建设的有效路径:提升教师技能水平及综合素质、健全高职师资培训机制、健全教师评价体系,建立激励机制、畅通教师引进渠道、加强国际交流与合作,为推进技能型社会建设和职业教育高质量发展提供有力保障。Under the background of the construction of a skill-oriented society,this study focuses on Mudanjiang University as a sample.Based on analyzing the connotation and significance of skill-oriented society construction,as well as the typical characteristics of a skill-oriented society,it further elucidates the promoting role of high-level faculty team in vocational colleges under the background of a skill-oriented society.The study identifies challenging issues that hinder the construction of a high-level faculty team,including insufficient teacher skills,imperfect teacher training mechanisms,inadequate teacher evaluation systems,limited channels for recruiting teachers and serious teacher turnover.Subsequently,effective approaches to construct high-level faculty teams in a skill-oriented society are analyzed and researched.These approaches include enhancing teachers’skills and comprehensive qualities;improving teachers’training mechanisms;establishing sound teacher evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms;facilitating smooth channels for recruiting teachers;strengthening international exchanges and cooperation among educators.These efforts provide strong guarantees for promoting the construction of a skill-oriented society and ensuring high-quality development in vocational education.
