摘 要:以杨梅酒中的乙醇为萃取剂,将乙醇/K_(2)HPO_(4)水作为萃取体系,利用GC检测酒中的农药残留。在盐析过程中加入适量的磷酸二氢钾,可以实现两相快速分层;在净化过程中加入适量硫酸镁,即可实现萃取液净化。16种农残在10~500 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性关系系数均大于0.999,定量限在3.2~18.2μg/kg之间;16种农药的加标回收率在76%~118%之间,相对标准偏差为0.4%~10%。本方法测定杨梅酒中的农药残留具有快速、简单的特点,可应用于酒中农残的检测,同时也适用于枇杷酒中农药残留的测定。The ethanol-K_(2)HPO_(4)-water extraction system was adopted in the detection of pesticide residues in bayberry wine by GC.The two-phase stratification could be rapidly realized by adding proper amount of K_(2)HPO_(4) in the salting out process.The extraction liquid could be purified by adding proper amount of magnesium sulfate in the purification process.The linear relationship of the 16 kinds of pesticide residues was good in the range of 10 mg/L to 500 mg/L,and the linear coefficients were all greater than 0.999;the limits of quantification were from 3.2μg/kg to 18.2μg/kg;the spiked recoveries were between 76% and 118%;the relative standard deviations were between 0.4% and 10%.The method is rapid,simple and convenient,and can be applied to the detection of pesticide residues in bayberry wine and loquat wine.
